Meet your speech therapist

Christine Vail, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Christine is a dedicated speech therapist with over a decade of experience serving children of all ages and abilities.

She spent her early career in pediatric rehabilitation, where she provided therapy to children recovering from serious injuries. Inspired by the resilience of both children and their families, Christine went on to earn her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Columbia University to better understand how children’s early experiences inform their development.

She now brings her mission to provide personalized, high-quality speech therapy services to the South Shore. In opening Sprouts, Christine plans to continue helping young children reach their full potential while empowering parents to recognize their role as children’s most important teachers. She specializes in speech and language development in children ages birth to three.

Christine holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. She also works as an assistant professor at the New England Institute of Technology and adjunct professor at Stonehill College.
